Emilie’s journey into holistic health began with the profound personal loss of her brother in 2013. Seeking solace, she turned to yoga, finding not just physical strength but also emotional resilience,and community support.

Driven by her transformative experience, she embarked on a mission to share the healing power of holistic wellness with others. Emilie became a 500-hour Yoga and Meditation teacher, a versatile Group Fitness Instructor (Pilates, Barre, Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, etc), and a Certified Personal Trainer. Her expertise also extends to Qigong, Theragun Massage, and Sound Healing to name a few.

Love Enlight Wellness emerged from Emilie’s passion to create inclusive spaces for all to feel empowered, seen, and supported in their fitness/wellness journey.
