Empowering Creative Entrepreneurs:
Transforming Community Through Art and Innovation
Our Mission
To empower the sustainable growth of up-and-coming artists by creating vital connections between creatives, local businesses, and the audience we continue to build. We catalyze change through innovative platforms that link these creatives with Chicago's small businesses, generating deeply engaging experiences for audiences and fostering a thriving local economy. We are dedicated to nurturing an inclusive environment where the diverse voices and talents of our artistic community are elevated and celebrated by all.
Our Vision

Note from our founder
On Record started from a passion for supporting creative entrepreneurs and a desire to build a more sustainable economy for up-and-coming artists in Chicago. I saw too many fellow artists leave their dream career path due to a lack of platforms or resources to help manage their careers.
Often, when artists train for their careers, education focuses solely on the art, not business, which are both keys to creative success. On Record aims to build consistent financial support and resources for long-term success through providing workshops and consultation to the artists we work with and utilizing our event platforms to transform how our audience engages with art and small businesses, making it a regular and impactful part of their lives.
Together, we can create a thriving community where artistic entrepreneurs are empowered to achieve their dreams and make lasting, meaningful contributions to our creative economy.
